The primary objective of this role is to assist and evolve the brand to achieve a fair growth in a competitive environment and also get proper visibility and brand recall among the consumers.
The role will encompass the responsibilities:
- Brand Custodian to ensure that the brand handled has a proper placement in the both ATL / BTL formats.
- Ensure that the Brand sync with other product categories in the market place.
- To Closely interact with internal stake holders and external agencies for proper understanding and reach of the brand be it ATL / BTL.
- Strong acumen to bring out innovation in Brand Metrics
- To plan and build effective Brand strategy for growth and execution within the agreed budget and deliverables.
- To effectively oversee the Brand performance on a agreed schedules and effect course corrections as per the market realities thru schemes and offers to strengthen the brand and achievement of sales volumes.
- Ensure a proper brand activation program within the calendar
- Monitor competitors activity and strategize effective marketing campaigns for consumer reach and recall.
THOSE WHO HAVE WORKED IN A BUILDING BRANDS AND PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF STRONG BRAN CREATION AND SUSTAINING VOLUME GROWTH WOULD BE DESIRED.
PREFERENCE ONLY BRAND PROFESSIONLS FROM FMCG, PERSONAL CARE OR HOMECARE OR GROOMING PRODUCTS DESIRED.
