Key Responsibilities :
- Manage new brand of coffee - The brand has recently been launched with the ambition of gaining share aggressively from current 2 players, the person has to deliver this ambition as also pave the way for future innovations on brand
- Deliver top-line & bottom-line for brand
- Deliver all brand health metrics
- Work closely with the sales teams & design & execute brand plans in marketplace
- Disruptive management of brand in the online and e-commerce channel
Desired Candidate profile :
- Value system in line with company values
- Enthusiasm and ambition to drive a new category and work in FMCG
- Knowledge and experience of Market Research methodology, consumer insight generation tools, brand health metrics, product and packaging development cycles, understanding of financial & distribution metrics and levers to drive improvement
Key Functional Skills : Marketing Mix Development, Brand Management, Knowledge of leveraging Consumer, Shopper & Trade insights. Agency Management.
Desirable Traits : Quick learner with an eye for flawless execution and result orientation. Good Communication Skills.
