Responsibilities:

- Custodian of the brand. Effectively monitors the routine functioning of brand with strong focus on planned target achievement.

- Continuous immersion with customer and channel to bring about insights and counter measures for the smooth functioning of the brand. Monitoring of spends and spend efficiency .

- Plan achievement of volume and market share in key geographies

- Closely interact with the sales teams to understand gaps and requirements to achieve the deployed targets and implement counter measures to mitigate risks

- Maintain MIS and other inputs required for the smooth functioning of brand

- Sales planning by brand ,variant ,geography

- Monitoring of resources and efficient deployment
