Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that align with company objectives.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand enhancement.
Content Development:
- Create and manage engaging content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, from conception to analysis, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Brand Identity:
- Maintain and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, product development, and design teams to ensure brand alignment and product launches.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the brand marketing budget effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Preferably after Engg
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing or branding experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the home decor/ FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Google Analytics or other analytical tools proficiency.
Travel : Once/ twice in a quarter
- Agency interaction will be high
- Candidate should be from good institute with Engg background & MBA
