Deposit Pool Enhancement:

- Implement strategies to maximize fee income while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Branch Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, including cash management, security, and facilities maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements applicable to banking operations.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and standards.
Personnel Management:
- Supervise branch staff and manage their performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
