Silverpeople is retained by its client to build landing team for new business unit in luxury segment. The client is well funded, one of the major players in Real Estate industry. We are looking for passionate business development managers who can work in start up environment with a flat structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support BDM(s) in identifying, researching, developing and closing new accounts
- You will be required to spend at-least 30% of your time on-site
- Follow up with clients where necessary and even manage logistics of site visits etc. where needed
- Work with BDMs to Analyze and develop the offering for their respective segments
- Prepare reports and help Sr management in planning and forecasting activities
- Deliver sector specific KPIs
- Handling High Net Worth clients
Preferred Skills (If any):
- Highly presentable, confident and strong communicators
- Sales & BD Experience (2+yrs)
- Strong problem solvers
- Prior experience in handling HNI clients will be preferred
Education: MBA from a good institute
