We are urgently looking for an Asst. Area Sales Manager - Distribution for one of the leading Paint MNC - Pune & A'bad.
Please find the JD as below;
1. AASM Distribution for entire zone Gujarat, based out of Ahmedabad
2. AASM Distribution for entire zone Rest of Maharashtra and Goa, based out of Pune
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities:
- Locate and interview potential distributors in identified districts. Support new distributors during their start-up period, including training, sales direction, and familiarization with processes and priorities.
- Gauge the potential of Business value and Dealer universe to target share of business
- Attend joint sales calls with distributors to win major retailers. Identify potential large Retailers and appoint them to increase territory volume.
- Providing feedback on distributor performance to organization and take timely corrective actions
- Provide field training for direct and non-direct sales staff, including distributor's office staff.
Govern Distributor's infrastructure and Service Delivery:
- Monitor key deliverables and ensure Distributor's hygiene
- Logistics planning and scheduling for material delivery coordinating with distributor
- Define SLA's on Material delivery, Manpower productivity and Stocks
- Provide accurate and timely field reports which allow the company to respond to market conditions that arise in the field. Reports are required regularly and on-time.
