Job Title: Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed research on market trends, competitive landscape, and organizational performance.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support the CEOs strategic initiatives.

Data Management and Reporting:

- Analyze business data, track key metrics, and create detailed dashboards.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management:

- Manage and oversee high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Decision Support:

- Provide real-time support for executive decision-making by synthesizing complex data into clear insights.

- Develop financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various departments to ensure seamless communication.

- Represent the CEOs office in meetings, ensuring clear articulation of objectives and strategies.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or Strategic Planner).

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other data visualization tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
