Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking ambitious, data-savvy Client Partners, Business Development professionals, Lead Hunters, and Pre-Sales professionals to join our growing Sales team. Our Hunter role will feel like riding a roller coaster in the fast-paced sales funnel process, where you will wear multiple hats, such as hunting inbound and outbound leads, to generate revenue and increase our client base. Though it comes with challenges, that's where the thrill!
We want someone who loves the dynamic world of e-commerce, wakes up every morning excited to interact with clients, and is not shy about picking up the phone for a chat.
Preferred Background:
- Candidates with a background in FMCG are highly preferred, given the analytical and operational rigor required.
- Additionally, experience in e-commerce will be considered a strong advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sell Smart, Sell Well - Serve brands by growing their business cross borders
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects, customer demos, developing quotes and proposals along with negotiations for closures as per targets.
- Present proposals to clients and engage in negotiations to secure deals.
- Set and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators
- Tracking: Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Networking: Building rapport & gather referrals from existing clients
- Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning & Reporting: Developing a growth strategy with quarterly and monthly plans.
You're the perfect candidate for this role if you:
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience driving revenue growth, showcasing your ability to generate significant results.
- An MBA from a premier colleges with a strong foundation in business principles.
- Your background includes experience working with FMCG brands, and familiarity with e-commerce, channel, and distribution sales is highly preferred.
- You have a proven track record in partnering with large brands, effectively identifying and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
