Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Generating leads from Open Market who are interested in becoming Distributor / Individual Financial Advisors (IFA) for Mutual Fund business.
- Explaining MF Business opportunities and earnings to interested leads.
- Providing training to IFAs for Business Development.
- Preparing business plans and strategies to develop the business of IFA.
- Planning different activities to explore better business opportunities and new developments.
- Establishing strong relationships and communication with distributors
- Providing 360-degree Financial Assessment
- Formulating strategies for expanding
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing/new clients
- Penetration of Wealth Management or other investment product on client's portfolio.
- Develop and maintain long term relationship with the new as well as existing customers.
- Provide good quality customers Confident & Self-motivated.
