Asset Specialist

- Responsible for delivering the LAP/BBG targets for the mapped RMs

- Deep dive into the Mapped Self-employed clients of the RMs and dig out opportunities for Assets Cross-sell

- Ensure high conversion of Logins to Sanctions and Sanctioned to disbursements

- Build enhanced mind share among the RMs for LAP/BBG so as to ensure continuous lead flow

- Closely collaborate and track with Credit team for ensuring clear communication of discrepancies on reject cases for faster resolution

- Ensure Training on an on-going basis to update product and program changes to ERMs

- Compliance & customer service
