Job Skills:

- Candidates need to have strong exp in Analytic's domain

- Strong exp in Analytic's domain & Contact Centers.

- Hands on Exp in Data mining, Text Analytic, Speech Analytic tools design and deployment or managing client or Business owners expectations

- Should have excellent vendor management & 3rd Party Management Skills

- Should have technical/platform design, architecture experience, combined with application design and architecting.

- Experience in managing global clients

- Candidate is expected to travel in India.

Education: B.tech with MBA Preferred.
