Company is looking for an Assessment and Upskilling Head who will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in identifying and developing internal talent to ensure a seamless transition of key roles within the organization. He will collaborate closely with department heads, HR business partners, and leadership to create and implement robust succession plans that align with our strategic objectives.

The key outcomes expected from one in this role would be:

- Create job competency-based role profiles.

- Conduct assessments and map Individual Development Plans (IDP) for each role.

- Analyze processes and set standards with internal teams, ensuring adherence to Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Establish assessment centers for various roles and conduct assessments using different methodologies, creating outcome-based IDPs.

- Design an objective grading system and develop testing parameters for different grades, grading team members based on assessments.

- Develop assessment models for High Performance (HIPO)/Aspirational team members, conducting assessments for HIPO identification and developing them into future leaders.

- Identify the scope of career progression/growth paths for team members, mapping a matrix of job rotation/upgradation, and executing plans.

- Collaborate with external partners/institutes for talent development.

- Plan budget for talent development and maximize return on investment (ROI).

What you will bring to the table:

- MBA preferably with Science or Engineering background

- Proven experience of around 15 Years in succession planning, talent management, or organizational development.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices, leadership development, and talent assessment methodologies.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Competency mapping framework building

- HIPO identification & upskilling for career progression

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Teamwork, High Integrity

- Should be open to managing technology, content creation, and delivery
