Assemblage Entertainment is India's leading feature-film focused CGI animation studio based out of Mumbai, working on a slate of theatrical films and high end television content for global audiences. Set up in 2013 and headquartered in Mumbai, Assemblage boasts of an award-winning team of technocrats, artists and management professionals with several years of collective experience in creating world-class animation productions with major Hollywood studios and independent production companies globally. It is housed in a 15,000 sq. ft. facility with a team comprising of over 250 people.
In a short span of time, Assemblage has delivered two full length feature films - first with Lionsgate called Norm of the North, which received a wide theatrical release across 2,400 screens in North America followed by a world-wide release, and then with an Australian producer on Blinky Bill - The Movie, distributed by Studio Canal. It is currently working on its third 3D stereoscopic CGI animated feature by Open Road Films with a strong voice cast including Alec Baldwin, John Cleese, Heidi Klum, James Franco, Jeremy Renner etc. Assemblage also recently worked on DreamWorks' Trollhunters - a Netflix Original Series by Guillermo del Toro, that has won several Emmy and Annie Awards.

Job role & description :
You will work directly with the Company's HR Head and other Department Heads and assist in all types of Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. We are looking for specialists who are able to organize information, set clear priorities, multi-task and solve complex problems on their own. Someone who is able to work hard, under pressure and challenge their capabilities to achieve higher goals.
Responsibilities include :
1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
2. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
4. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
5. Coordinate with hiring Manager for screening, shortlisting, status of profiles.
6. Administering appropriate company assessments. Performing reference and pre-offer background checks.
7. Depending upon performance, would be assigned Generalist activities like Training and Development, employee engagement
8. Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
9. Maintain a close connect with Organizational workforce to promote the in-house reference programme.
10. Maintain relevant database to capture current & planned recruitment efforts.
11. Set & communicate clear timelines closing open position.
12. Investigate all leads on candidates.
13. Keep track of all raised, approved hiring requests.
14. Follow up & closure on candidates at various levels.
Skills & qualification :
a. Relevant experience in Recruitment
b. Excellent communication skills
c. Good co-ordination & organization skills
d. Excellent people management Skills
e. Strong planning and scheduling abilities
f. Educational qualification: Graduate (preferably an MBA)
g. Resourceful in terms of valid networking
h. Ability to perform and stabilize long term goals
