Assemblage Entertainment is a feature-film focused CGI animation studio based out of Mumbai, working on a slate of theatrical films and high end television content for global audiences.

In a short span of time, Assemblage has delivered two full length feature films - first with Lionsgate called Norm of the North, which received a wide theatrical release across 2,400 screens in North America followed by a world wide release, and then with an Australian producer on Blinky Bill - The Movie, distributed by StudioCanal.

It is currently working on its third 3D stereoscopic CGI animated feature to be released in 2018 by Open Road Films. Assemblage also recently worked on DreamWorks' Trollhunters - a Netflix Original Series by Guillermo del Toro. Skills and qualifications :

Possible MBA graduates with :

1-5 years of relevant experience in consulting / investment banking (preferred), or strategy / business development roles

Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly MS Excel, Word and Power Point

Strong numerical and analytical skills (example - financial modelling, valuation)

Good writing and drafting skills.

Responsibilities include :

Business Development and Strategy :

- Assist in developing and evaluating a comprehensive strategic and tactical plan for new business opportunities

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research into the industry sector, markets and competitors by collating, analysing and interpreting data

- Prepare investor and strategy presentations

- Assist in creating a forward business plan on an annual basis and evaluate it on a monthly basis

- Drafting company information memorandum, marketing materials, management presentations

- Liaising with various teams including accounts, operations, legal, HR and reviewing materials relevant to the commercial development of the business.

- Prepare materials to update and advise the Board on various strategic topics

- Evaluating various strategic alternatives.

Financing :

- Support various financing initiatives including creating presentation materials for raising capital and analysis for funds, banks, investors and other financial institutions

- Assist in building and maintaining detailed financial/valuation/cash flow model for the business

- Assist in business planning and budgeting process on a annual/monthly basis

PR & Marketing :

Support the public relations effort and assist in editing media/press releases and editing/drafting stories for the press.

Liaising with the PR partners and media houses on various press releases, website updates, investor presentations etc.

Administrative :

Providing administrative support and assistance as and when required.

Liaise with other stakeholders (PR partners, lawyers, banks, financiers, advisors, consultants, etc.) externally and internally in order to ensure seamless information exchange across all relevant parties.
