Regional Manager would lead a team of approx. 20 sales force, which includes ASMs, Sales executives and Sales officers .The incumbent would be responsible for both Mechanical and digital Lock Systems .

Role

- Providing leadership and guidance to the sales team across region.

- Ensuring sales and manage long and short terms goals of the vertical via the sales team.

- Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies that leveraged opportunities in terms of revenue growth

- Strategic tie-ups and offers to increase top-line and bottom-line and maintain healthy P&L across region.

- Design and execute trade promotional activities

- Increasing large accounts database and more business from existing accounts.

- Appointing and monitoring the performance of distributors; implementing effective strategies to maximize acquisition and accomplishment of revenue targets.

- Will be responsible for handling large number of dealers.

- Increasing Assa Abloy visibility amongst partners and Customer as a long term strategy.

Leadership Skills: Confident, energetic and has the appetite to work in a start-up MNC environment and leave a legacy. Strong Leadership capability and ambition to grow the region by 30-40% year on year. Should think out of box, challenge status quo and think of continuous improvement.
