The job description for the position is given below:  AVP Delivery  The candidate will take ownership of delivery at Aspiring Minds and help service some of the largest companies in India. The candidate will provide leadership to the operations and client servicing teams in delivering services to customers with high quality. The candidate will oversee delivery, implement new high efficiency methods, handle customer escalations and drive new initiatives. The candidate will also interface with internal product team with suggestions and getting new features implemented, necessary for delivery. The candidate's work, among others, will involve substantial analytics, projections and estimation.
