Role Description:
- The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
- This role requires a deep understanding of our clients' business models, the ability to provide tailored solutions, and the skills to drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Account Growth & Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals and deliver solutions that help achieve these objectives.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, performance, and areas for improvement.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed renewal targets for key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with company objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide feedback from clients to the internal teams to enhance the product and service offerings.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including business reviews and client feedback.
- Monitor and analyze account performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Market & Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Share insights with clients to help them stay competitive and achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand clients' business needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in the luxury services industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HNI Banking, Luxury or Hospitality preferred.
- Understanding of Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
