Job Description / Responsibilities :
- He is supposed to take full responsibility for all India sales and manage a Team of 40/50 marketing people and 2000 plus dealer network.
- Appoint new distributors and dealers channel in vacant places
- Screening of incoming e-mails and replies suitably.
- Development of business
- Willing to travel a minimum of 15 days a month and remaining days at head office.
- Ability to monitor and Guide marketing staff.
- Who can set and manage the target of sales
- Abilities to organize regional and annual dealers meet.
- Conduct dealer meet and make a presentation in Hindi and English
- Has to manage future planning of sales.
- Advise top management on business development.
- Take interviews, make the selection and Placement of people
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Age between 35 to 45 years.
- A good motivator to his team to achieve the target
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Having a thorough knowledge of the cost of the product.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
Min. Exp. : 10 years

Compensation range : Maximum 25 LPA
