SALES OPERATION MANAGER - KERALA
Principal Accountabilities
- The Area Sales Manager supports the RSM in ensuring that the area / territory handled by him / her meets all the objectives as finalised.
- He / She will be the critical link between strategy and execution in the territory.
- He / She will also ensure that the business / corporate objectives are also nurtured while achieving results.
Primarily Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Chocolates category in the Southern Region
- Co-ordinate and support Specific markets / customers is increased to support Business development initiatives
- Meet sales targets and other objectives with all the customers
- Ensure that Mars has good relationship with the customers
- Ensure that all budgets for the trade are efficiently and effectively utilised
- Ensure that the everyday responsibility of the TSIs is properly executed
- Ensure Gold standard execution of deliverables with customers
- Training and Motivating the team of TSIs and Distributor salesmen
DESIRED PROFILE:
MBA from a premier institute with 2-4 years of work experience preferably in FMCG Sales.
