Main Purpose –
- To execute a business plan for key account of customers that maximizes profitable sales growths Proactively identify business opportunities and coordinate implementation for exploiting them
- Estimate the category development potential in Stand Alone Business for each category and build necessary plans to consistently grow shares in each category.
- Wiring with key people of MT chains and Stand alones. Ensure execution as per Terms of Trade (TOT) for top chains
- Recognize market forces and trends very quickly and bring in the necessary level of dynamism to execute the AOP.
- Discounts, MT Distributor ROI , Cost/Expense Control Measures, FIFO, Distributor/Depot Sales tracking & strategic use of such data, Tracking of Distributor ROI (Viability) on a regular basis
- Developing MBQ by Store to ensure Fill Rates while maintaining acceptable Freshness of products
- Execute suitable Merchandizing Strategy to ensure Out of Stock on Shelf contained to acceptable limits and deliver Visibility on standards
- Accountable for improving the market share in the territory.
- New account management - New account opening & Managing formalities, Negotiations for new accounts for NPD/existing products.
Key Skills/Experience Required –
- Graduate / MBA from Regional eminent schools, having 5-7 years of MT sales experience in FMCG / Food
Industry.
- Good communication, Coaching and people development skills, High influencing skills and Drive for results, decision making skills
- Outstanding MT functional & Business knowledge
