Bright ASMs required for a Blue Chip MNC

I represent Quest Consultants (www.questconsultants.in), founded by IIT, IIM graduates having a 30 year lineage and operating out of Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.

An extremely large and highly respected FMCG Multinational has entrusted us with the selection of outstanding Area Sales Managers for handling MODERN TRADE their various Regional Offices based across India.

Educational Qualifications: PGDM from reputed B-Schools like IIMs.

Experience: Min 2 yrs post MBA.

Location: Major Metros

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

- Provide Sales & Distribution leadership to the team.

- Effectively manage & develop business relationships with key customers, whilst focusing on maximizing the performance, profitability, sales value & volume of company brands within a region through key customer accounts.

- Deliver absolute Volume and Gross Revenue targets for the territory.

- Meeting brand targets in terms of number of activations, innovative activations, visibility and listing metrics.

- Manage spends (Marketing and Discounts) for the territory while ensuring a robust and sustainable activity calendar for the year for the territory.

- Understand each customer’s business and their priorities. Post that, devise and plan an activation calendar to achieve business goals, and further grow the business of both the customers and the company.

- Liaise with HO Sales and Marketing to co-ordinate and execute market inputs.

- Ensure the region team consists of the right calibre people who are motivated and trained to deliver ambitious / stretch business plans consistently.

- Run the operations effectively with continuous improvements on all the branch performance metrics such as costs, systems and processes adherence, team satisfaction and other business targets.

- Demonstrate leadership, customer orientation, company values, ethics and pride through exemplary behaviour.

- Provide timely submission of sales, forecasts, information on ground, market activities of the competitors and suggest strategies to successfully meet them.

- Build relationship with Dealers and improve their contribution to the overall growth of the company.

- Ensure timely forecasting of the demand and coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock availability.

- Ensure that the financial policies relating to the region are fully adhered.
