Area Manager
The position is responsible for handling sales contribution from GT/Modern trade channel for an Area.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area
- People Management – Maintaining conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
- Managing Team – Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
- Driving LSP, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
- Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
- Managing Depot – ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issue.
- Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS handling
Job Specification
- Candidates with FMCG exposure at a managerial level
- Education Qualification: MBA/ PGDM (Mktg- Full time from Tier I / II Bschools)
- Experience: 2 + years of experience as a manager.
- Fluent in English & local language.
CTC- Upto 12 lacs pa
