About our Client - Our client is one of the largest food companies in the world and amongst the fastest growing companies in India. With extensive growth comes the expansion and thus they are looking for an Area Sales Manager for their general trade business in Delhi-NCR for their frozen products business
Job Description - This person would be reporting into the RSM North and will be responsible for Building new distributors and managing the current one's
- Drive growth in terms of volumes and margins
- Recruit a team of sales executives under him
- Strategically align the territory with the growth plans of the organization.
- Co-ordinate with trade marketing team in conducting the on ground activations
The Successful Candidate - You should have MBA from a premier B-School with at least 4 years of experience in food/beverage industry managing the general trade business.You should have the previous experience in managing Delhi as a territory. If you have previous experience in Frozen products/Ice-creams/dairy, those candidates would be preferred. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong personality
