About our Client - Our client is in a new player in the beverages sector which is taking on major established players in the market. It is a Narayan Moorthy funded & led by Ex-coca cola & IIM / Wharton graduates who have over 10 years of experience individually in beverages sector. The company has become a 40 crore company from scratch in just one year & would be over 120 crore by the end of 2012.
Job Description - You will be responsible for Organizing & managing traditional distribution network
- Hiring & recruiting a team of 5-8 Sales executives
- Managing Modern Trade
- Establishing up country market
The Successful Candidate - You should have experience in the Foods/Beverages Industry managing general / traditional distribution in more than 2 major cities of Punjab & should have a success story in sales with strong track record. You should be excited about the growth prospects of a start up company with fewer safety nuts. You should also have the experience in recruiting sales executives under you. Experience in Modern trade & strong contacts in the up country market would be preferred. If you are not from either a Foods or Beverages background, please do not apply as your application will not be considered. Furthermore, personal care, liquor and tobacco industry experience will not be considered.
