- Under 32 years MBA from a top business schools with 5-10 years of experience in a B2B institutional sales/retail segment/ product management preferably from FMCG sector.

- Demonstrated record of achieving aggressive sales targets in new/lagging market/product/brand.

- High on market intelligence, data and potential to grow into general management.
