Asisstant Vice President/Vice President/Senior Vice President - Debt Syndication - Investment Banking

Job Title: AVP / VP / Senior VP - Debt execution/syndication - Investment Banking - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Syndicating debt for entities in BFSI segment/Corporate and onboarding new institutional investors, responsible for end-to-end transactions from identifying prospective investors, showing suitable credit proposals, negotiating & executing deals.

- Sale of Pools under DA/PTC structures to institutional investors. Developing and maintaining relationship with Institutional Investors for Pool buy out.

- Effectively develop & manage investor relationships by securing profitable business from varied investor classes such as Public/ Private/ Foreign Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, and corporate Treasuries.

- Representing the organization at various industry events to create a strong brand visibility, gauge investors' appetite for new asset classes & develop business strategy

- Managing Execution Team for Preparation of Credit Appraisal Notes, Information Memorandum and any other documentation or information that may be required by lenders/investors to ensure successful deal closure.

Key Skills:

Mandatory:

- Should have excellent understanding of Bank functioning, Bank products, Bank policies especially relating to lending, credit facilities, restructuring, resolution of stressed assets.

- A deep understanding of Corporate Credit with ability to structure deals is a must. Knowledge of structured credit products like DA, PTC, NCD and Sub debt including modelling, regulation, taxation & documentation

- Should have experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans / DA PTC pool of value in excess of INR 50 crores for corporates/NBFC/Real estate.

- Experience in handling Stressed assets transactions/One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring, /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered.

- Excellent command over Excel and Power point
