Bilingual Sales Manager (with English and Mandarin Proficiency)
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Prospect, pitch, and sell CDN projects to potential clients, highlighting the unique benefits and features of our Content Delivery Network services. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, emphasizing expanding the client base and driving revenue through CDN project sales.
Client Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, fostering client relationships to deeply understand their needs and align CDN solutions accordingly. Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and technical departments to present comprehensive CDN solutions tailored to client requirements.
Deal Management and Closure:
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead the sales team by example, providing guidance and support in navigating complex sales processes.
Qualifications:
Sales Expertise:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector, with a strong background in selling CDN or related technical projects. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively close sales deals.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of CDN technologies and their applications, enabling effective communication of the value proposition to clients.
Autonomous and Target-Driven:
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets within designated timelines. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; additional certifications in sales or technology are advantageous.
