MANAGER - LEGAL

Description :

- Safeguard Company's interests by providing legal advisory services on legal issue, ensuring proper business/legal documents/agreements and providing support in Legal metrology compliances.

- Working on new transactions envisaged for new business initiatives

- Hiring and coordinating with lawyers for deal due diligence and advising the company for the same

- Drafting & Reviewing deal documents

- Ensuring compliance requirements for new as well as existing businesses

- Drafting and reviewing various business agreements

- Being well versed with marketing and advertising laws and compliance requirements.

- Working with internal stakeholders for ensuring marketing and advertising compliance.

- Researching on new laws and implications on the company.

- Meeting concerned personnel from the Business divisions and attend to their drafting requirements.

- Extending necessary support to all the divisions / departments in terms of drafting.

- Vetting and reviewing of various legal documents.

Qualification :

Essential :

- Degree in Law from a recognized University

Desired :

- Having functional and working- knowledge in Legal Metrology, Due Diligence of Property, Recovery and drafting , Vetting & negotiating Contracts.
