Job Purpose - The position is that of Assistant Manager in Secretarial team reporting and communication Business Responsibility Areas: - Contribute to the corporate content strategy by leading stakeholder mapping and analysis - Conduct materiality assessment and engage with various internal and external stakeholders to understand / evaluate their expectations - Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content - Develop content and messaging for the integrated report, ESG report and other linked media releases, - Developing and implementing storytelling for the web and other platforms - Manage communication with the ESG rating agencies - Proofreading integrated report and other publications for errors and inconsistencies - Assist in monitoring ESG goals and onboarding / aligning stakeholders - Promote social and governance initiatives and policies - Implement IT systems to facilitate processing of data needed for quarterly updates and audit of the select parameters
