JD of Marketing Manager- AID (Preferably Male candidate)

- In charge of Design, Develop, implement, market and advertise campaigns, tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials, reach admission targets with insights for better decision making.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

- Creating and executing online and offline campaigns including SEO/SEM and represent organization at various events, workshops and places to improve brand visibility, awareness among people and increase the number of leads for admissions.

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners and evaluate the performance and outcome regularly.

- Implement innovative social media campaigns and best marketing strategies across social media platforms and web like Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and meet both internal needs and external requests

- Lead analytics efforts to assess marketing initiatives and develop better understanding of marketing effectiveness and make better use of web analytical tools like Google Analytics +, Adword, etc.

- Demonstrate the desired marketing campaign with business outcomes and actual results to make suitable recommendations for better productivity and performance using marketing and analytic experience.

- Compile and format daily, weekly, and monthly reporting consistently across various marketing channels.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

- High energy, self-directed and creative person who can be a smart leader and a team player.

- Having a Master's degree in Marketing and minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

- Must be able to understand and analyze data, synthesizing large volumes of data and complex questions into clear analyses and actionable findings.

- Experience with data management, KPI analysis and management information systems.

- A thorough understanding of offline and digital marketing concepts, terminology and practical application of current and emerging technologies.

- Strong analytical skills, data driven thinking and creative in identifying potential audiences, innovate marketing strategies.

- Ability to lead, guide and motivate the team towards achieving targets and in every situations.
