Investment Banking Analyst/Associate - M&amp;A Advisory Boutique Firm: Asialink Advisors is a newly established boutique investment banking outfit, founded by Anjani Kumar (previously head of investment banking for CIMB and RBS), working on cross border as well as domestic M&amp;A and fundraise (equity &amp; debt). Asialink has joint working arrangements with certain well known international firms. Hiring plan:&nbsp; We are currently a small team of seniors (2 Directors + MD) with a workspace office in Mumbai. We are working on live mandates plus new origination and looking to hire one or two juniors in our team at the Analyst or Associate level. Role &amp; responsibilities : - Research, Pitch making, Financial analysis &amp; modelling - Support in execution of mandates and coordination of transaction process - Interface with clients / counterparties / partner banks Qualifications sought: - Looking for young finance professionals (MBA, CA or grads with 1-3 years experience) - Proficiency in ppt &amp; excel, hardworking, articulate, confident, professional integrity - Candidates with experience in related areas and with relevant skill sets in finance, motivated to switch and launch a career in M&amp;A advisory and willing to work within the challenges of a start-up firm, would be preferred Remuneration - Expect to be in line with median of mid market firms, however variable component could be significant.
