About the Role:

It is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong expertise in Investor relations, Fund/Products Marketing and will play a pivotal role in partnering and supporting the organisation to onboard HNI- s, Wealth Managers and Family Offices.

The role requires the candidate to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to join a very established team.

- Strong existing relationships with the family offices, HNI's in India.

- Ability to market and explain briefly about the products in a clear manner.

- Prepare quarterly investor reports, fund performance

- Reach out the new family offices and set up the call for partnership arrangement.

- Negotiate all the terms and conditions related to the partnership.

- Address all the queries of the wealth manager in a professional and prompt manner

- Follow-up until all the queries are resolved of the wealth manager.

- Conduct industry research on portfolio companies, including gathering financial information and business analysis, and able to provide competitive analysis

- Periodically provide updates to investors on the investment status

- Actively engage with investors via email and face to face meetups, and arrange onsite visits when required.

- Work closely with the deal team to support post-acquisition deal and portfolio management.

- We are looking for someone with at least 7 - 10 years of professional experience in direct private equity/ VC, investment banking or consulting. Candidates from Big 4 are welcome as well.

- The candidate must possess strong analytical skills with proven success in a role that provides research and interpretation of the market environment, opportunities and investment strategies with respect to primary investments.

- The ideal candidate would be someone who has had experience in Asia or India investments, and with a finance background and understand investment financial analysis will be an advantage.
