Education : Master in social work / Post graduate in development management / B.Tech + MBA


Relevant Experience: 10 -15 years of experience from development sector out of which at least 5 years should have been at a top leadership level.


- Relevant experience in a professionally run reputed NGO could be advantageous.


Required Skill Set:


- Good communication skills, both oral and written. Fluency and command over English language is mandatory.


- The person should demonstrate excellent business development, Quality improvement, project development skills


- An entrepreneur mind-set with outstanding organizational, leadership, People Management, Programme Management and analytical Skills.


- Familiar with diverse business function like sales, finance, marketing and operational activities.


- Have the ability to use technology to improve operational efficiencies


- Have excellent networking skills


- She / He will be part of core leadership team and work very closely with board, Directors, COO and team.


- Passionate about social impact through education skill development


- Problem-solving, decision making and outcomes management.


- Requires Travel within the city or outside the city if required


Responsibilities:


We are looking out for people having the following experience:


- Represent the organisation at various platforms as and when required.


- Develop high quality strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives


- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement, develop a high performing managerial team


- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission


- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companys legality and ethics


- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth


- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company


- Prepare and submit an annual CSR operational plan and budget to the Board of Trustees for review and approval. Provide a long term strategic focus to the organization.


- Plan and work towards achievements of annual targets - breaking them down to functional targets.


- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Zonal and HO team for achievement of the same.


- Ensure that all operational SOPs are communicated to the team and implemented across all teams.


- Implements and lead a continuous quality improvement process across all areas of operations - focusing on systems /process improvement


- Provide strong management to the teams and should have hands on experience in developing and retaining a high-performance team.


- Represent engagements with key government, elected representatives, non- government, and other stakeholders.


- Ability to collaborate effectively with a broad array of internal and external stakeholders - specifically Corporate, Trusts, CSR Committees, as well as key Government and non-government stakeholders in areas of operation.


- Ensure high level of integrity and values in all aspects of work.


- Define a technology roadmap for the organization in line with its strategy and growth aspirations in health, education and livelihood generation spaces.


- Set the drive development of new technology-enabled project in health or education or livelihood that enhance the organisation's positioning.


- Focus on Continuous development and process improvement


- Act as a mentor


- Work closely with the Curriculum, LD, HR, ME and Operations teams to understand organisation's day-to-day business, improving learning outcomes, business growth and resilience


- Manage project/ programme budget and implementation timelines


- Provide support to the CSR management group and build joint initiatives


- Fund raising , management and financial planning
