The group was founded in 2013 with a vision to integrate and digitize pharmaceutical supply chain across India. The founding & management team is comprised of individuals from the top colleges of the country and abroad.

We started with operations in Mumbai and in the span of three years have been able to build this. We are currently working with 200+ pharmaceutical manufacturers and catering to 80% of pharmaceutical retailers in Mumbai. With focus on technology, industry wide best practices and efficient people management the group is poised to replicate the same across India. The group expects to achieve growth of 4x by end of FY2017

ProjectManager

Scope: The Project Manager will lead end to end integration of distribution units in the group structure and ensure smooth and seamless transition of the same

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the project management team for effective integration of the distribution units in the group structure

2. Co-ordinate the diligence and understand the existing workflows, systems, process at the units

3. Work closely with the external agencies and facilitate effective information flow

4. Partner with the key stakeholders to develop an effective road map for integration

5. Identify and assess the transition challenges and document the same

6. Ability to plan functional road maps and implement the same across IT,HR, Legal, Operations, Infrastructure

7. Ability to organizes and influence the existing team to enable implementation as per the integration plan

8. Ability to identify the key cultural gaps and plan initiatives to ensure smooth transition

9. Monitor the workflow and report the key milestones of the integration process

10. Drive the team to manage key challenges, dependencies and bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade offs and provide a balanced outcome

11. Use technology to maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders
