The group was founded in 2013 with a vision to integrate and digitize pharmaceutical supply chain across India. The founding & management team is comprised of individuals from the top colleges of the country and abroad.

We started with operations in Mumbai and in the span of three years have been able to build a . We are currently working with 200+ pharmaceutical manufacturers and catering to 80% of pharmaceutical retailers in Mumbai. With focus on technology, industry wide best practices and efficient people management the group is poised to replicate the same across India. The group expects to achieve growth of 3x by end of FY2017

We are looking to hire a Mid level HR Generalist. The responsibilities are enlisted below:

1. Assist top management to understand requirements across various levels & units in the company

2. Liaise with recruitment partners to source right candidates fitting company requirements

3. Manage scheduling of interviews, candidate records and follow on communication

4. Prepare offer letters, conduct on boarding processes & new joinee orientations

5. Oversee attendance tracking for employees and update headcount master

6. Supervise updation, calculation & release of salaries & salary slips in consultation with payroll vendor

7. Creation & implementation of employee benefit policies across units

Key Attributes Sought:
