- Coordination between promoters and the holding company. - Manage all finance & accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, MIS Reports. - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting - Ensure smooth month-end and year-end close process closures - Ensure control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Responsible for management of Working Capital of the unit - Responsible for Internal, Statutory and Tax audit of the unit - Additional controller duties as necessary Desired Skills: - Exposure of handling multiple entities is a must. - Should have managed a company size of approx. 400 to 500 crores. - Knowledge of Local Laws is mandatory. - Knowledge of Payroll processing and related statutory payments desirable.
