Ascent Health & Wellness Solutions Pvt Ltd (- Ascent- ) is the fastest growing group in the field of Pharmaceutical Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain across India. The group was founded in 2013 with a vision to integrate and digitize pharmaceutical supply chain across India. The founding & management team is comprised of individuals from the top colleges of the country and abroad.

We started with operations in Mumbai and in the span of three years have been able to build a . We are currently working with 200+ pharmaceutical manufacturers and catering to 80% of pharmaceutical retailers in Mumbai. With focus on technology, industry wide best practices and efficient people management the group is poised to replicate the same across India. The group expects to achieve growth of 3x by end of FY2017

Scope:

Cluster Head will be managing 2 to 4 distributor units in a given geography with team size of 200 plus employees and an estimated revenue of 500 cr+

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead the management and running of the distribution business across units at a strategic and operational level

2. Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all operational responsibilities including sales and distribution, team management, financial management, logistics management at respective units

3. To engage and handle all the key stakeholders in the cluster

4. To drive revenue through increased coverage, strategic tie-ups

5. Focus on efficiency in operations and implement standard operating practices across all units

6. Responsible for the financial performance across units and overall P&L of the cluster

7. Prepare the annual budget and implement the same

8. Ensure regular tracking and accounting of all income and expenses

9. Liasie with top management to come up with new initiatives to benefit cluster

10. Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow

11. Responsible to engage with the staff for their recruitment, training and motivation

12. Conduct periodic reviews across units and track key metrics across all units

KPIs:

1. Finaical Performance: Revenue, Gross Margins, PBT

2. Operational Metric: Coverage, Working Capital, Efficiency of systems

3. Stakeholder Management : Promoter management, employee retention, increase in productivity

4. Technology and New initiative : Adopting and Implementing rechnology and new initiative

5. Reporting: Financial MIS, Operational MIS, periodic team reviews
