Finance Manager - Corporate Finance Management


Job description

Position Title: Manager Finance & Accounts

Location: Vadodara, IND

Work Shift: 12:00 pm IST to 9:00 pm IST

The ideal candidate possesses leadership capabilities, solid operational and technical finance background and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and Manage end to end Accounting & Finance operation and the entire Finance Team for one entity.

- Manage Direct and Indirect Taxation compliance filing and ensure timely refunds

- Manage Transfer pricing Audit, Annual Financial audit for India and Global Consolidation.

- Liaoning with Banks, Tax Consultants & Government agencies.

- Managing Payroll and related activities.

- Managing Vendor Payment and employee reimbursement

- Manage Monthly MIS reporting both of Local management and Global consolidation team

- Manage Intercompany relations, Transactions and process

- Manage Annual Budgeting and rolling forecasts and monthly reporting with variance analysis.

- Advise and help executives in managing incentive plans, Increment cycle and design and implement optimal compensation structure

- Advise and Help management execute Strategic initiatives, take care of adhoc reports and analysis.

- Connect and work with other departments on a regular basis to ensure Financial process compliance

- Improve and implement internal control processes across functions according to changing financial need.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualification:


- A qualified Chartered Accountant or a MBA degree in Finance from a college of repute.

- At least 8 plus years of overall professional experience out of which 3 plus years of experience should be in a similar capacity.

Desirable Skills:

- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation, planning & leadership skills.

- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to partner, cross functionally collaborate, communicate & influence at all levels with internal teams/stakeholders and outside agencies

- Effective budgeting and planning skills and sound commercial acumen.

- People management competence
