Job Summary :


- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Manager.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving revenue growth, fostering strong relationships with clients, and managing agreements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth, taking into account market trends and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with senior management to define long-term business objectives and key performance indicators.

- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions.

- Skilfully manage client interactions, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive client experience.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and resolution of issues.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage any amendments or modifications as needed.

- Provide leadership and support to a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.

- Assess and mitigate business risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and uncertainties.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven 5 years of experience in preparing strategies, relationship management, and agreement handling.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Financial acumen and familiarity with budgeting processes.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
