1. Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Management Information Systems, HR Audit, HR Budgeting and Sales HR.
2. To monitor timely recruitment, annual training plan vs. actual, employees development, total employee involvement, effective appraisal systems.
3. To provide training to employees for filling up the gap of knowledge & skill between required for position and actual of the employee in the budgeted cost.
4. To process various transfers & relocation, resolve employee queries across locations related to various HR policies & procedures, issue various letters like salary certificates, address proofs etc from time to time to ensure employee satisfaction.
5. To plan human resource requirements in consultation with different functional heads so that it can be considered in Annual Budget.
6. To coordinate & conduct the exit interviews, complete all Exit formalities at HO & process the full & final settlements of all separated employees across locations so as to ensure that all dues are clear.
