Aryakube Capital - Senior Manager - Accounts & Compliance - CA/CS

Overall responsibility for accounts & compliance (regulatory, secretarial, labour laws) for a well-funded non-deposit taking NBFC that is on a growth path.

The person shall be part of the initial team and will assume overall responsibility for setting up policies & SOPs; transaction processing; book-keeping; internal & external reporting; overall compliance (RBI, Companies Act, tax laws, labour & personnel laws).

The person shall be responsible for building & heading the overall team for accounting, tax, regulatory & compliance function.

Requirements:

- CA + CS qualifications are mandatory

- 5 years + experience is mandatory

- NBFC experience is preferred, else experience in consulting firms or manufacturing

- Ability to manage a team comprising of in-house and outsourced resources

- Comfortable with spoken and written English

The role will initially report to the MD.
