About the Role:

1) Critically analyse business models of companies by assessing financial information (annual reports, analyst reports, IMs, key business documents like concessionaire agreements, bid documents, transaction documents)

2) Prepare models that reflect business risks & returns, investment structure & returns considering taxes; prepare & present investment notes

3) Project manage transaction through due diligence & closing

4) Monitor investment performance and evaluate timing & options for investment exit

5) Report to the Business Head

Requirements:

1) High comfort to work with structured investments of all kinds

2) Adept in preparing and presenting business models & investment notes

3) 3-5 years experience in an investing & asset management role

4) Additional experience in dealing with DD & legal vendors for full transaction cycle management is preferred

5) IIM + IIT/ IIM + CA
