5. Strong knowledge of Indian building quotes with strong understanding of norms related to design cost and material consumption

6. Will be responsible for finalization of Optimum cost effective and safe building structures along with providing efficient solutions

7. Preferred Knowledge of Civil and Contracts, drafting in commercial terms and Quantity Analysis/BOQ- s

8. In depth Knowledge of Base material specifications, Test Parameters and approval norms will be highly preferred

9. Will also play an active role in finalization of Tenders, Qualifications and Contracts in consultation
