We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire individuals for Leadership roles in our company. Incumbent will also be responsible for liaising with universities/ colleges to ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand among college communities.
Objectives of this Role :
- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
- Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
- Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
- Liaise with Department Heads to define hiring needs and design internship programs
Skills and Qualifications :
- Work experience in talent acquisition, campus hiring
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's in Human Resources Management
- 8-10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
