Corporate Finance Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To open the ILC, acceptance and Payment planning and pass the necessary entry of the same in SAP.
- To provide financial reports and interpret financial information.
- Maintaining monthly target collection and preparing the MIS for cash flow.
- Maintain all documents and Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
- To arrange data for Long Term and Short Term Borrowing and corresponding with the bank.
- ICD Management and passing the necessary entry in SAP and at each quarter end provide the format to Auditors.
- Liaise with stock auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- To handle the entire process related to issuance and payment on the due date, POS Requirement.
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations on a quarterly basis for Auditing
- Negotiating and coordinating with banks and ensuring daily follow-ups.
- To fund transfer entries in the system on a regular basis.
Requirements and Skills:-
MBA degree in Finance, Inter CA or ICWA- 4-6 years of experience in the financial sector
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Proficient user of SAP
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
