Designation: Manager
Reporting to: Business Head
Job Responsibilities:
- To support the business in decision making through data analysis and market research
- To support various functions such as sourcing, sales wholesale and retail, etc.
- To provide insights to management regarding margins, distribution channels, efficiency, expenses, etc.
- Support the e-commerce team in product, customer, analysis,etc.
- Support in maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets.
- Continuously tracking the performance of the business against the set yearly, quarterly and monthly business plan and understanding the reasons for non-performance
- To effectively review P&L to optimize store profitability and top line
- To ensure efficiency in all areas of operations, sales and profitability across all regions and ensuring the right assortment, seamless planning , distribution and logistics
- Co-ordinate with different departments to ensure products and support is available to the stores and channels on time and customer experience is not affected
- Analyze brand performance with the Regional Managers or Store managers to ensure the right product mix
- Prepare research reports based on Company's needs and objectives.
- Gather market and competitive intelligence using internal and external research sources
- Ability to collect and analyze sectoral data based on secondary and primary information.
- Meaningful insights in form of presentations that aid marketing decision
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-10 years
- Experience in textile and apparel sectors is preferred
- Experience in similar roles with BIG 4 is a plus
- MBA is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
