1) Formulating and critiquing KPIs that thoroughly cover the KRAs keeping in mind the leading/lagging, input/output distinctions between metrices.
2) Create Analytics Requirement Documents (ARDs) for all functions documenting their business logic, corresponding KPIs and the data model instrumentation required in order to evaluate the same.
3) Create Reports/Dashboards and other BI products.
4) Identification of Business Levers that can drive KPIs.
5) RCA of KPI movement through attribution to BAU customer-product-channel mix on the one hand and the remnant non-BAU on the other hand.
6) Setup alert systems to proactively respond to product/process failures.
7) Setup stratified AB tests to scientifically measure outcomes.
8) Identification of gap between business logic and application logic/SOPs to make regular product recommendations/process excellence recommendations/insights.
9) Signs off on L0+ OKRs by T-Shirt sizing the impact metrics while highlighting the check metrics.
10) Can align multiple stakeholders belonging to different verticals by socializing empirical evidence from data.
