- The jobholder will be responsible for Accounts receivables management and month end closing.  - The jobholder is required to look after the entire Events and Promotion wing of the Marketing Services. (Account receivables and accounts payable)   - Jobholder will be responsible for month end reporting to Parent Company.Reporting comprises of financial statement and associated schedules.  - The Jobholder will evaluate all financial aspect of client contract and develop and maintain internal control in order to mitigate associated risk and ensure compliance with all audit requirement.  - The jobholder is required to have in-depth understanding of accounting systems and financial accounting principles. Knowledge of Service tax is must beside other associated laws  - The jobholder will also be responsible Transfer pricing Audit.  Key Responsibility Areas :   Accounts receivables management : Customer creation, invoicing, revenue recognition, receipt management, TDS booking and reconciliation, customer reconciliation etc.  - Events and Promotions business management: Job opening, Vendor PO issuance, bill booking, TDS deduction Job/PO closure, vendor reconciliation.  - Month End Closing: Reporting financial figures to Germany Office, Internal MIS and other reports.  - Audit : Handling statutory and internal audit aspects associated with KRA  - Internal Controls: Developing controls to counter the inherent risk involved.  - Reconciliation : Debtor, creditors and stock reconciliation.  Transfer Pricing : Working along with the Transfer Pricing Auditors.  Qualification :   - Chartered Account with minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience.  - Other qualification, traits & experience.  - Candidate should be able to handle a team of 4-6 people.  - Good excel skill, ability to navigate through ambiguity, good communication.  Candidates from manufacturing background with relevant qualification and requisite experience can also apply .
