- Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues using the prescribed performance management techniques  - Ability to track and maintain SLA- s  - Monitor and take action on productivity, personnel and payroll issues  - Conduct regular 1-On-1s, skip meetings and Annual performance appraisals  - Review dashboards/ data reports on a daily basis and provide constructive feedback to their Team Managers  - Ensure training needs of the direct reports are met  - Modify Operations as needed to meet service level agreements under supervision of Account Manager.  - Participate and drive all meetings with the client, to review daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance  - Successfully complete all client related training  - Resolve escalated customer issues   - Hold team meetings on a regular basis with the direct reports  - Communicate all process and client changes to direct reports within specific timeliness  - Provide hands-on assistance to your team in case of issues, both, through direct intervention and mentoring   - Be the single point of contact with the team and the senior management through effective communication on key deliverables and soft issues  - Work with Account Manager to build a highly effective measurement and reward system based on empirical data  - Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of your team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling   - Should be able to understand numbers and manage revenue.  - Exposure to Six Sigma and Other Quality Tools   Behavioral Indicators:   - The ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/ problem solving skills when making decisions.
